USP ENERGY
The ultrasonic welder series USP ENERGY has been designed and manufactured using the most updated technologies (CAD 3D, CNC). For this welder  the reliability, the electronic solutions available and the costs have been held in high consideration.

The movement of the transducer holder head is pneumatic and occurs on high-precision prismatic guides.
The thrust of the cylinder pressure is adjustable.
The welder is equipped by a mechanical limit switch to control the welding height. By means of a hand-wheel you can vary the sonotrode’s height.
The parallelism of the sonotrode, in relation to the part to be welded, is available and extremely easy to operate.
The generators are technically advanced, totally digital and are enclosed in a stylish metal case.
One of the most important features of this welder is certainly the cycle control system totally run by a MICROPROCESSOR, which has been integrated into the generator’s case.

ULTRASONIC GENERATOR
The generator used in this new series of welders, offers very important features as vibration amplitude adjustment, totally automatic scanning of the working frequency of the sonotrode and the Overload circuit, which stops the generator functions in case of failure or abnormal conditions.
The microprocessor that runs the welder is equipped with a programming keypad and a backlight display. This comes enclosed in the generator’s metalcase, with a quick and easy connection to the press.

MICROPROCESSOR
The cycle control of the welder is run by system endowed with a microprocessor. The USP ENERGY welder can work with:
- time setting
- energy setting
- limit switch setting
- vibration amplitude setting
The programming is easy and rapid, with keypad and backlight display.
