The transducer holder head moves pneumatically on high-precision prismatic guides. The thrust pressure of the cylinder is adjustable. The welder has a mechanical stop to check the welding heights. There is a wheel mechanism to permit the variation in the sonotrode height. The parallel arrangement of the sonotrode in relation to the part to be welded is also extremely  easy and intuitive. The generators are highly advanced and fully digital, contained in an elegant metal cabinet. One of the most important features of this ultrasound welder is their cycle control system that is totally controlled by a MICROPROCESSOR incorporated inside the generator cabinet.

The generator used in this new ultrasound welder range, has highly interesting features such as vibration amplitude regulation, totally automatic sonotrode working frequency search, the overload circuit that blocks the generator functions in the event of any system failure or malfunction.
The microprocessor that controls the welder is equipped with programming keyboard and backlit display. Contained inside the metal cabinet of the generator, it provides simple and immediate connection to the press.

The welding cycle control process is undertaken by a microprocessor system. The USP ENERGY welder has the following operating options:
