We have various models with different dimensions of the heating plate:
400×400 mm – 500×400 mm – 600×400 mm.
The mechanical and electrical solutions adopted assure optimum working conditions with extensive adjustment possibilities, consequently making this welder suitable for a wide range of welding applications. All the movements are carried out on tempered and ground bars, with sleeves with re-circulating balls. The welding cycle is controlled by a microprocessor, using a programming panel with a back-lit display. The heating temperature is controlled digitally with temperature alarms. The whole working zone is protected by wide doors thus providing an optimum access for adjustment and maintenance. The hot plate welding machines LINEAR series are available in pneumatic version or with an oil-hydraulic unit.
