At Mecspe2026 (Bologna, Italy 4-6 March), Sirius Electric will present at HALL 36 – STAND A57 its complete portfolio of advanced solutions for welding and bespoke systems for automation targeted at the plastics industry. The SWP‑06 machine for spin welding is proposed as a specific solution for processing circular surfaces, with accurate cycle control to guarantee a uniform and resistant joint. For thermoplastic components with complex geometries, vibration welders are ideal, exploiting vibratory movement to achieve robust and durable joints.
The pneumatic and electric actuators at 36 kHz and 20 kHz are compact, precision devices, perfectly integrable in automated lines and ultrasonic machines, with performance adaptable to operating frequency and the need for control without compressed air. Last but not least, the generator with box and vibrating unit is an advanced system for managing energy and vibrations in ultrasonic applications, optimising process quality and component durability.
