Plastic Welding Systems
Sirius Electric is an Italian company based in Vigevano (PV) leader in the welding market of thermoplastic materials since 20 years, with proven experience in the technology innovation.
We manufacture and sell ultrasonic welders, hot plate welders, vibration welders and friction welders also knowns as spin welders. The different welding technologies used allow us to solve the various assembling customer requests of thermoplastic material parts.
Ultrasonic Welders
The ultrasonic welding is optained applying to the parts to be welded a variable normal load, letting the two parts vibrating each other through the vibrating group made of by the transducer, the booster and the sonotrode located at the end.
Vibration welders
The joint of the thermoplastic materials made by the vibration welding, takes place between the merger of the two touching surfaces. The temperature rise needed by the process is obtained scratching one of the piece to be welded against the other.
Spin Welders
The welding of thermoplastic pieces that use spin welding technology, takes place by the melting of the touching surfaces. The temperature rise needed by the fusion process is obtained scratching one of the piece to be welded against the other.
Hot plate welders
The theory behind the hot plate welding is easy and intuitive. By definition, the thermoplastic materials are sensitive to the heat and the melting of the materials takes place through direct contact with an heated plate electronically controlled.
