VSP 405
The Vibration Welder VSP 405 has been designed and manufactured, using the most up-to-date technologies (CAD 3 D – CNC).
Thank to this technology, you can weld thermoplastics items with complex shapes or, when it is not possible to weld the material with the conventional technologies (ultrasounds- hot plate).
The vibration is circular. Unlike the existing common vibration welders, the motion is achieved through the unbalancing of the shaft, which had a particular geometry. This is very important, as the customer can build the fixtures on his own. The mechanical and electrical solutions allow to operate under optimum conditions and with wide regulation possibilities, fitting the welder to the most various welding problems. The structure of the welder is very strong. The basement and the column are made of painted steel. The motor that drives the central shaft is a Brushless type. The movement of the transducer holder-head is pneumatic, controlled by a proportional valve, and it is carried out on high precision prismatic guides and with important mechanical characteristics. One of the most important features of this welder is certainly the cycle control system completely run by a MICROPROCESSOR.
It is possible to weld with time mode or with height mode function. In this case, the welding quote is controlled by an encoder with centesimal resolution. For each cycle phase, head down, welding and compression, you can set different thrust pressures. The microprocessor allows to store 10 welding programs.

MICROPROCESSOR:
The welder is controlled by a system based on a last generation microprocessor. The front panel is endowed with a numeric keypad with functions keys and a backlit display. The microprocessor features the following functions:
- possibility to store 10 welding programs
- possibility to work in constant time mode
- possibility to work in height mode (absolute or relative)
- possibility to set the frequency possibility to set the thrust pressure. For each cycle phase, you can set a different value.
- quality control of the welded part through limit setting
The programming is easy and direct, with the possibility to get personalized menus and to change the language.
