USP-T

The USP-T ultrasound welders have been designed and built using the most modern technology currently available (3D CAD, CNC). These machines are designed for particularly heavy-duty operations in which precision is an essential factor. They are particularly suited to applications involving the ultrasound cutting of fabrics and laminated fabrics in the textile sector, and in the cutting of membranes and filtering fabrics in the medical sector. Thanks to its sturdy design and the use of high-strength prismatic guides, means that the machine is capable of working in optimal conditions. These ultrasound USP-T welders are equipped with a special microprocessor-assisted programming system and a keyboard with backlit display and functions keys. The absolute reliability of the generators being an essential condition to assure consistent welding quality.

These welders are available in three models:

  • Base type
  • Bench type
  • Column type (possibility of incorporation on automatic lines)

Generators are available with power rating of up to 3000 Watt.

DIGITAL SE-09 GENERATORS
The ultrasound generators of the DIGITAL SE-09 series feature a front panel with backlit display that shows all the programme information and instructions for use.
The new programming system and different functions selection is managed by a rotary selector switch with enter button.
This system makes selection extremely fast and easy. The panel includes some Led indicators to provide additional control functions and a Test button  to start the ultrasound function.
