The technical assistance call service is active from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17.30 excluding holidays and Sundays.
In the event of a more complex problem which requires the intervention directly at the client’s premises, it will be necessary to complete a special form which the technician needs in order to:
- Know where to intervene and organize the assistance service.
- Know the welder model
- Find the spares compatible with the welder to be repaired.
- Prepare all the material necessary for the intervention.
