The ultrasonic welders USPT series, have been designed and manufactured using the most up to date CAD/CNC technologies. These machines are employed for heavy use, where precision is an important factor. They find their applications in the ultrasonic cutting of fabrics and laminates, textiles, cutting filter membranes and tissues in the medical field. Their strong conception and the use of high strength prismatic guides allow you to work in optimal conditions.
The welders USPT are equipped with a special programming system assisted by a microprocessor and a keyboard with function keys and backlight display. The absolute reliability of the generators is a fundamental condition for a constant welding quality. The USPT welders are available in three versions:

with base
bench type
Column type (possibility of integration into automatic lines)

A wide range of generators are available with a power supply up to 3000 Watt.

ULTRASONIC GENERATORS DIGITAL SE-09 SERIES
The ultrasonic generators DIGITAL SE-09 series, have a front panel with a backlight display where are available all the programming and instructions to use information.
The new programming system and different functions selection, can be carried out by a confirmation and rotating selector switch. This system allows fast and extremely easy selection. On the front panel there are others indicators led that extend the control functions and a Test button for the ultrasonic start up is available also.
