USP-D
The ultrasonic welders USP-D series have been designed and manufactured using the most up to date CAD and CNC technologies. The available mechanical and electrical solutions allow to operate under optimal conditions and with a wide of regulation possibilities adjusting the welder to different welding problems. The absolute reliability of the ultrasonic generators let to obtain an uniform welding process. Three types of ultrasonic welders USP-D series are available:

  • With base
  • Bench-type;
  • Column type (possibility to be integrated into automatic lines)

The motion of the transducer holder head is pneumatic and achieved on high precision prismatic guides. The welder is equipped with a mechanical lock for the control of the welding position. A wide range of generators extends the choice possibility: the generators in use are available with frequency of 20 or 36 kHz and power from 1000 to 3000 Watt. These leading edge generators are totally digital and incorporate a back light display contained into
an elegant metal frame. One of the most important feature of this welder is certainly the cycle control system completely run by a MICROPROCESSOR.

MP2 MICROPROCESSOR
The welder is controlled by a last generator microprocessor system which programming is fast and simple.
The front panel has a numeric keyboard with function keys and a backlight display.
With the MP2 microprocessor the following functions are available:

  • possibility to store 10 welding programs
  • possibility to weld either in constant time, constant energy, plasticization energy, constant quote and electric lock
  • time resolution in hundreds of seconds
  • encoder with centesimal resolution
  • welding pressure setting and compression welding with proportional valve
  • force setting
  • amplitude setting with possibility of variation during the welding
  • limits set up to control the quality of the welded piece
  • parameters welding set up with information of the piece no., sonotrode no., operating pressure, booster version
  • possibility to connect a printer for the output of the welding parameters
  • counter piece with good/defective part notice

ULTRASONIC GENERATORS DIGITAL SE-09 SERIES
The ultrasonic generators DIGITAL SE-09 series, have a front panel with a backlight display where are available all the programming and instructions to use information.
The new programming system and different functions selection, can be carried out by a confirmation and rotating selector switch.  This system allows fast and extremely easy selection. On the front panel there are others  indicators led that extend the control functions and a Test button for the ultrasonic start up is available also.
