Technical features:

• Bench structure
• Working bench with dimensions of 300 x 250 mm.
• Column in painted steel
• The movement of the head takes place on high precision prismatic guides
• Possibility of adjustment of the height of the transducer holder head. The machine is also endowed with a mechanical stop for the adjustment of the descent: in this way all the parts will be sealed at the same height.
• Pneumatic system with pressure regulator, pressure-gauge and servo-feeded electric valve. With this kind of valve it is possible to work with very low pressure. The pressure regulator, the pressure-gauge and the speed regulator are assembled on the front panel of the welder.
• Oscillating Shelf transducer holder (locknut).

The welder is controlled by a system based on a last generation microprocessor, that can be programmed easily and rapidly with a keypad. It comes enclosed in a stylish case, together with the generator.

The welder can work with:

- time setting
- energy setting
- limit switch setting
- vibration amplitude setting  (50 -100 % with unit increase )

• Ultrasonic digital generator with power of 2000 watt, frequency 20 kHz
