NEW ULTRASONIC SEWING MACHINE SEW-R 010 FOR SYNTHETIC TEXTILES

The ultrasonic sewing machine model SEW-R 010 has been designed and manufactured using the most up to date technologies CAD, CNC.
This sewing machine, with a modern conception, is suitable for the sewing of synthetic textiles, in alternative to the traditional sewing with yarn.
The sonotrode and the counter-piece wheel, rotate at the same speed; in this way the welding occur without problems.
The speed is adjustable in order to adapt the sewing machine to the different textiles used.
The ultrasonic generator used has 500W power and a frequency of 36 kHz.

The ultrasonic welding requires a much lower amount of energy compared to thermal bonding using heated rotating to weld thermoplastic materials.
As a result, the ultrasonic welding is cheaper and requires no consumables, no mechanical fasteners.
