The ultrasonic sewing machine model SEW-R 010 has been designed and manufactured using the most up to date technologies CAD, CNC.
This sewing machine, with a modern conception, is suitable for the sewing of synthetic textiles, in alternative to the traditional sewing with yarn.
The sonotrode and the counter-piece wheel, rotate at the same speed; in this way the welding occur without problems.
The speed is adjustable in order to adapt the sewing machine to the different textiles used.
The ultrasonic generator used has 500W power and a frequency of 36 kHz.
All the welding parameters are adjustable:
- Transport speed;
- Vibration amplitude;
- Driving pressure;
- Welding quote.
Different welding geometries are available just changing the transportation and counter-piece wheel. In this way it is possible to obtain simulated seams with variable designs.

Front Panel:
The ultrasonic generators DIGITAL SE-09 series, have a front panel with backlight display where are available
all the programming and instructions to use information.
The new programming system and different functions selection, can be carried out by a confirmation and rotating selector switch.
This system allows fast and extremely easy selection.
On the front panel some others indicators led are included that extend the control functions and a
Test button for the ultrasonic start up is available.
From the front panel it is possible to regulate the transport speed and the count meters function.
The rotating sonotrode is made in titanium.
