The TECHNICAL POST SALES SERVICE is provided by SIRIUS ELECTRIC with the intervention of technicians whose experience is gained in many years of work in this area. As manufacturers we are perfectly aware that in a production context of strong competitiveness, the downtime caused by breakdowns, are absolutely negative. For this reason we do our best in order to quickly intervene in case of technical problems on our welders.

SIRIUS ELECTRIC provides a first on line technical support service which is completely free and granted by our technicians with time saving and with the express purpose of solving the problem.The on line technical support is available Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17.30 holidays excluded. In case of complex failure and consequently the direct intervention of our technicians at the customer site, it is required filling out a form that will help the technician to:

  • Knowing the exact customer’s site and organize the on site visit.
  • Knowing the welder model
  • Identify the parts compatible with the welder to repair.
  • Prepare all the material available for intervention.

It’s for these reasons that SIRIUS ELECTRIC requires to complete WITH CARE this document, so that the maintenance service is always fast, cheap and efficient. Our technical support service, has always been one of our most important characteristics. We believe that this support is essential for the customer who needs to produce safely and reliably.
