ABOUT US.
Sirius Electric is an italian company based in Vigevano (PV) introduced in the welding market of thermoplastic pieces with an experience of over 20 years.
We produce and sell ultrasonic welders, hot plate welders, vibration welders and spin welders.  The different technologies used in the welding fiels allow us to be able to solve most of the assembing problems of pieces realized in thermoplastic material. Sirius Electric is also engaged in the design and production of sonotrodes. During the design process, we use highest level simulation software to verify the correct future operation.
All the components of our machines are manufactured in our new Vigevano lab, in order to save the "Made in Italy, synonymous of quality and service.
Sirius Electric is made up by a group of people, divided by skills. There are the commercial dept. with our sales employees, the administrative dept. the mechanical and electronic engineering department, the assembling machines department and the mechanical production work-shop. Our technical Customers support service  it's a primary key of our organization.

MISSION
Sirius Electric, company introduced  on the Italian market of welding parts made of thermoplastic materials, is always stood by the professionalism and experience gained in over 20 years of activity. Available technologies are ultrasonic welding, hot plate  welding, vibration welding and spin welding.
These solutions merge each other, to be able to solve most of the problems related to material type and pieces geometry .
