31/10/2011: ULTRASONIC PNEUMATIC WELDERS

Most of the ultrasonic welders consists of pneumatic presses.
They are made with the work plan for positioning the support of workpiece and with a rigid and perpendicular frame on which a shelf runs, commonly called transducer holder head. The generator and  control parts can be contained within the structure. Sacrificing the compactness of the machine,  the generator may be contained in a metal furniture and positioned outside the structure.  This system offers the advantage of being able to replace the generator, with a more powerful one (for exambple), without changing the machine.
